WebI delidded a working fat ps3 last weekend that I bought on ebay for £30. It now runs around 60-65 degrees when under load. Idles been 38 and 50 (not sure why it fluctuates when idling - maybe it's running background stuff from time to time). The cpu was a real pain to delid but the gpu was easy.
