WebSep 27, 2024 · Five lumbar-type vertebrae are present. There is grade 1 anterolisthesis of L4 and L5 by approximately 11mm, secondary to underlying degenerative facet arthropathy. The vertebral body heights are maintained. No aggressive osseous abnormalities are seen. L1-2: There is no significant disc bulge, central canal stenosis or foraminal stenosis. WebL5 is partially sacralized with a pseudoarticulation between the transverse process on the left and the left S1 ala. The L5-S1 disc is slightly hypoplastic. There is slight retrolisthesis of L1 on L2, L2 on L3, L3 on L4 and L4 on L5. Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 on S1 is noted. No splaying of the disc spaces or posterior elements is noted.
