WebSent an email to Pearlfeet to let them know. Their response was to have me send a picture of the shoes showing the wrong size on the tongue. I did that. Their response was to offer me a 20% refund and I get to keep the shoes. Their other suggestion was to ship the shoes back to China on my dime.
