Open the throat to the seat then remove the edge left by the cutter in the port. Blend the seats into the chamber, you don't want an edge here to disrupt flow and create turbulence. Either way the swirl port 193 and 191 heads are anemic at best with small valves (1.84/1.50) as well as the peanut cam you're replacing. IDK how much you wanna spend but, these heads (2.02/1.60) will bolt right up and they flow better than the Vortec head.
