WebRawTherapee might be the most powerful. There’s just sooo many ways to achieve a goal and the sharpening and noise reductions are insanely good. It’s lacking local adjustments though. Darktable is a good mixture of both. I’d throw in ART as well which is a nice RawTherapee branch with local adjustments.
