Webb13 aug. 2024 · Hi - at the moment we have one user who is experiencing a very strange issue: random emails seem to be appearing in a whole swathe of Chinese characters, mixed with other characters. Some emails are OK, and others are completely unreadable. This has only started happening in the last couple of days since the Outlook update. Webb24 dec. 2024 · Some with Outlook yes, some with Outlook, no. One recipient on a Windows 10 machine using Yahoo mail sees the strange character artifacts. Lots of upper case A characters, others. Chosen solution Verizon, AOL, ATT, Rogers, and possibly other ISPs, all use the Yahoo email infrastructure. A beta Windows Unicode UTF-8 support setting is enabled by the sender.
