Foods and drinks have been classified into three categories according to their nutritional value: Green, Amber and Red. GREEN ‘Have plenty’ Encourage and promote these foods and drinks in the school. WebMake sure to get enough of the good stuff (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) and avoid the bad (processed foods, sugary drinks, fatty meats). Drink plenty of fluids. Drinking plenty of fluids is essential for keeping our bodies hydrated and helping us to stay healthy. Aim for at least 8 cups of water per day.
